Provides the highest quality of service to customers at all times.
Works at various stations in the Coffee Shop, as assigned. Sets up stations and performs cleaning work in the Coffee Shop as assigned. Performs cold and hot food preparation for the CoffeeShop, as well as, assembles customized beverages according to brand specifications. Maintains high level of sanitation in work area. In addition, effectively performs duties of coffee barista, food production, food service cashier or sanitation when needed. May perform work in other areas of the department as needed.
Work Location: Washington, D.C.
Casual / On Call
help as needed but will mainly work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10am - 2pm
Skills and Abilities Required:
1. Skilled in operating an espresso machine. Has a high level of skill in making espresso-based
beverages. Able to create specialized beverages.
2. Knowledge of working a cash register and credit card machine required.
3. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
4. Must be pleasant and courteous in all interactions.
5. Excellent personal hygiene and customer service skills.
