WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
TSTC is a fast-growing small business supporting the federal government and we are looking for a part-time Proposal Coordinator who can provide 10-15 hours per week of operations support to our contract and procurement team. This candidate will be responsible for assisting in the organization of all incoming and historical proposal data. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Proposal Manager in all aspects of proposal planning and logistics, reviewing RFPs and RFIs for requirements, and supporting the development and review of finalized proposal efforts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work closely with the proposal manager, corporate leadership, and stakeholders to provide operations and administrative assistance to proposal team
  • Organize proposal content, create presentation materials, update and maintain documentation
  • Contribute to the development of proposal schedules, writing assignments and work plans
  • Assist with developing and sharing best practices across the team to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Assist with and support process improvement initiatives and their implementation
  • Prepare the Proposal Production Plan to ensure compliance with proposal delivery requirements
  • Provide support on evolving additional tasks as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS or relevant certificate preferred (HS Diploma or AA depending on experience)
  • 1-3 years’ experience in related field
  • Skilled in MS office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, stakeholders, and SMEs
  • Familiarity with RFI/RFQ process and procedures

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
Applicants selected must be a U.S. Citizen. Candidate must pass comprehensive background check.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK:
This position is fully remote. The company holds all-staff events in the DMV area. Attendance is encouraged but not required!
