As a member of Talent Acquisition Center International (TAC), your role in Talent Acquisition profoundly impacts a mission-critical aspect of the organization's development. Your work will leave a deep and lasting footprint as you help build the world's next elite Internet company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners;
- Excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to create accurate data/metrics reports based on recruitment activities and focused on solutions;
- Attract and identify candidates through online channels: job boards, internal databases, forums, local social platforms, and professional networks across multiple regions/time zones;
- Provide a high level of strategic thought-partnership and influence; develop and execute strategies and gain buy-in from key stakeholders and clients;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle (i.e. communicate status, answer questions and coordinate all follow-up efforts);
- Provide up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence;
- Manage relationships and performances of external recruitment vendors where necessary.
- Advantageous to have 5+ years of full life-cycle hiring experience, preferably within an in-house recruitment team;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization;
- Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages;
- Ability to identify and leverage data to drive and influence decisions;
- Ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced and complex international organization.
