Plans, designs, organizes, prepares and delivers professional development session to address a wide variety of needs for instructor staff with focus on time management, interpersonal skills, communication, conflict resolution, adaptability/flexibility, storytelling and presentation.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Knowledgeable soft skills trainer
- Experienced in training for impactful presentation, emotional intelligence, effective time management and unconscious bias.
- Soft skills and team relationship building for groups
- Good interpersonal abilities
- Sound knowledge of appropriate soft skills needed for instructor staff teams
- Experience with giving assessments and identifying soft skills training needs for groups
- Experience training strategic and effective two-way communication, reflective listening and dealing effectively with difficult conversations
- Analyzing feedback as a tool for positive growth
Desired Skills:
- Experience with an educational technical setting preferred
- Masters degree in industrial and organizational psychology
- Experience in promoting STEM classroom facilitation, teamwork and accountability skills
