Must be! able to communicate (both verbally and in writing) in English.
Current certification as a Nursing Assistant from Nevada State Board of Nursing.
BLS (AHA) certification required.
One (1) year recent, acute in-hospital experience in a multi-unit setting preferred.

Job description/Responsibilities
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) administers patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The CNA endeavors to actively participate in the provision of care designed to meet the needs of the patient including, but not limited to: assistance with activities of daily living, data collection, emotional ! support and provision of a safe, caring and comfortable enviro! nment while in a multi-unit setting. The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide quality care in a manner consistent with the mission and philosophy of Saint Mary's.
