The HR Business Partner will report to the Sr. Manager – HR Business Partner Team and plays a critical role in executing Relativity’s people initiatives. You will provide great internal customer support while driving HR functional excellence and processing improvements within Relativity.

Your Role in Action

  • Act as the initial point of contact for all HR related issues to assigned Relativity’s client groups to help maintain a high touch, high performing culture
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Services, and Engagement teams to drive company-wide HR programs and initiatives
  • Assist team to ensure successful delivery and follow up of yearly processes such as performance summary process, management 360 survey, annual compensation/bonus cycle, spring and fall promotion cycle, and benefits open enrollment
  • Works with Relativity employees and managers to resolve employee relations issues, including coaching on performance related matters and associated processes
  • Perform exit interviews to identify trends and themes and report the results monthly to the Executive Team
  • Work with HR services team and other HR Partners to analyze trends and metrics as they apply to assigned internal customer group(s)
  • Assist with other HR programs and projects as needed

Your Skills

  • 3+ years of dynamic experience in HR, supporting remote and/or international locations.
  • Can understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Knowledge of federal and state HR related regulations and compliance procedures
  • Collaborative, curious and committed to seeking solutions, using data and metrics to analyze trends and support initiatives
  • Able to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business


Compensation

  • Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $85,000 and $115,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
