We are hiring an ESOP Reviewer.

The Role:
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in ESOP knowledge and must be customer focused. As an ESOP Reviewer, you will be responsible for quality review of all steps of the ESOP administration process. We promote work-life balance with our remote option or on-site at one of our office locations in Charlottesville, VA, Columbus, MD, Pasadena, CA, Columbus, OH, or Westchester, IL. We are the largest provider of ESOP Administration services in the country with over 1,500 ESO’s under management. We invite you to join our team!

Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, written and time management skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently and set priorities with minimal supervision while effectively managing a complex ESOP review caseload
  • Excellent written/oral communication, organization, and client service skills required
  • Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients
  • Interpret documents and resolve technical problems
  • Available to work overtime to cover peak workloads and other business needs

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years experience completing administration work for ESOP’s as well as proven experience in reviewing the plan work of other ESOP administrators. The experience should include completion and review of Defined Contribution and ESOP related compliance testing such as IRC 404 deduction testing, IRC 415 annual additions testing and IRC 409(p) anti-abuse testing
  • Possess or working towards QPA or QKA certification highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
