Private Investigator
About the Position
Alpha PI Agency is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative candidate to fill our Private Investigator position. This position will be responsible for investigating and pursuing leads in order to uncover the truth about the allegations made against individuals and companies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work independently with minimal supervision. The candidate must be comfortable working with confidential information and have a strong desire to uncover the truth.
Duties will include:
·Investigate allegations of fraud, identity theft, credit card abuse, and other types of identity theft. Skip tracing and surveillance.
·Investigate complaints of credit card fraud and other types of identity theft
·Perform background checks on applicants for employment, rental properties, and other types of business relationships
·Prepare written requests for information, subpoenas, and warrants
·Prepare court documents for criminal investigations and civil subpoenas
·Maintain a high level of professionalism while working with confidential client information
·Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
·High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. College credits in criminal justice or related field preferred.
·No experience in investigative or legal practice required.

Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour
