We are an upscale, independent optometry office. We pride ourselves providing the best care and service to our patients. We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and friendly individual to join our team. Competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience. These are the ideal qualifications that will fit this position:

· Previous experience in an upscale sales environment & optometry office
· Previous experience with VSP and electronic health records
· Ability to stay organized and multi-task
· Extroverted and energetic personality
· Answer incoming telephone calls
· Ability to understand customer needs for a high quality experience
· Excellent communication and customer service
· Knowledgeable with contact lens instruction, dispensing
· Must be able to perform other duties as assigned
· Reliable and ability to arrive at workplace on time
· Proficient with typing, Microsoft Office, and other computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Medical receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
