SUMMARY
The position is responsible for business development for THOMSON products in defined region, including developing distribution channels, new market/OEM exploration, coordinating marketing research and analysis, promotion activities, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing regional sales strategy, including target customer, /vertical market, /product, sales channel
- Product and application support to Thomson customer
- Value selling to target customer and target vertical exploration
- Identify target customer and system integrators candidates
- New Market survey
- Customization project coordination
- Coordinate with Market and logistic department and product divisions.
Job Requirements:
Critical Competencies
- Develop a qualified distribution and system integrator net to have good region and industry coverage at area.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Must have a Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical or related Engineering
- Requires a minimum of 3 years’ sales experience for factory automation products
- Must have a proven track record of achieving high sales results
