Job Description
Applications Specialists provide training both onsite ! and remotely to new and current Varian Medical Oncology clients on our Aria Medical Oncology product. This position also provides on-site software support, works with customer support to resolve client issues, works closely with project managers to ensure timely implementation of medical oncology software and provides feedback to the development staff for future version functionality.

Other duties may include:

• Coordinate or lead customer and/or employee training classes.
• Conduct large group presentations at seminars, training programs, and trade shows.
• Provide demo support to local, regional and national customer trade events.
• Formulate complementary support training information in the form of quick tips, workbooks, and implementation guides .

PLEASE NOTE: This candidate can reside in any area in the United States however the candidate will be required to travel into Canada and must meet Canadian Bord! er Services requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:
1. Associates degree in Registered Nursing or ARIA EMR expert.
2. Experience as a Chemotherapy Infusion Nurse desired.
3. Previous knowledge of Medical Oncology Software
4. Experience with Varian ARIA Electronic medical record is an asset.
5. Previous experience training software applications preferred but not required
6. Must be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills
7. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of employees and management in a client setting.
8. Domestic and International Travel is required for this position
Required Certifications and Training. Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.
Vendor Credentialing required for US and Canada positions.

Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP prod! uct and productivity software desired.
