IT Systems Analyst Trainer

More details about this job opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. The position of the IT Systems Analyst Trainer responsibilities with include but not be limited to:
Conduct application software training for new and existing providers, nurses an! d/or support staff
Develop and maintain training material that includes departmental processes, procedures and/or workflows
Develop competency tools for each application software system
Coordinate, schedule and communicate standard and ad-hoc training classes
Gather training requirements to assist in the development of customized training programs
Analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary
Analysis of moderately complex business and information systems environments
Organize and facilitate project meetings which will include, conduct project training; including the documentation of departmental workflows and developing the training approach
Acts as liaison between systems software development staff, management and system end usersPrepare and conduct executive level presentations for application software systems
The analyst will participate in user acceptance t! esting, gather business requirements, provide tier 2 issue res! olution, and provide after-hours on call support

Job Qualifications
MS programs e.g. Word, Excel, Visio and Access PowerPoint
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation
Minimum of 5 years experience conducting application software training in a classroom environment for a diversified population
Minimum of 2 years experience developing project training plans
Experience in business systems design and analysis, business operations workflow design and implementation, systems QA testing and/or business systems
Assets
Experience with ULearn, Captivate, Articulate and Brainshark
Electronic Medical Record experience, Pharmacy Systems, Home Health/Hospice organizations
Education, Licenses & Certifications: Bachelor'! s degree in Healthcare, Adult Education, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred; and/or equivalent and relevant education and experience
