About the Opportunity North Las Vegas Care Center is a 182-bed long term care facility. Of course, that description doesn’t tell you much about what this home is all about. NLVCC is home to many and is a place of healing to many others. Our! facility has the capability to care for those being discharged from the hospital into rehab as well as being able to care for those who need care for an extended period of time.
Currently, we are searching for a Nurse whose passion is rehabilitation to provide leadership in our facility. If you are a leader who believes in teamwork, clinical excellence and has high standards, this opportunity may be the next step in your career!
Position Summary:
As RN House Superviser, you will be responsible for the overall quality clinical outcomes of the facility. Priority one will be quality care, customer service and employee relations. In addition, the supervision and career coaching of existing team members on staff.
Currently hiring Part Time and PRN for 12-hour shifts. Qualifications Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
Desire to enrich resident and staff’! s lives
1+ year supervisory experience â€" RN license in N! evada - must have stable work history and the dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team.
Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships
Ability to follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities.
Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
