The Registered Nurse DON is responsible for providing quality healthcare services to all residents of the facility.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for overall administration and management of nursing service programs, for the ongoing professional development of licensed and non-licensed staff Maintaining compliance with DPH licensing guidelines Ability to maintain excellent interpersonal relations with internal staff external vendors Requires excellent fiscal and budgetary skills and the ability to plan, organize, and implement work and be flexible enough to shift priorities quickly Be knowledgeable on current federal, state, and local regulations related to all levels of skilled nursing healthcare
