The In-Vehicle Experiences team aims to create best-in class experience across the entire digital life of the customer. We want to create a seamless and personalized entertainment experience across platforms that keep our customer safe, engaged, and entertained. Examples of these products range from media integration, rear-seat experiences, music services, etc.
This will be created via in-house production, partnerships or sourcing approach using the latest digital tools and technology. In this role, you will work at the intersection of music, entertainment, and technology, amplifying the vision and voices of our solutions across a broad range of platforms and media.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to the strategy and execution of entertainment centered on the vehicle. Working on our internal and external applications, you will lead the product management process, gather, and document product requirements and work with the teams (business, software, and external partners) to build and deliver the products to our customers.
These applications are competitive differentiators in the market for Stellantis and directly affect the success of our services. Therefore, the candidate will be responsible for supporting Stellantis new Software team with a specific focus on entertainment solutions:
Support the Global Product Manager (GPM) in delivering product line strategy and developing 3rd party entertainment provider relationships
Continue to develop relationships with existing key entertainment partners and grow these businesses with a focus on building best-in-class customer experiences (SXM)
Build product line and roadmap from the ground up with guidance from the GPM
Deliver products and features in line with a customer centric portfolio of services focused on entertainment activities (Music, Video, and more) that deliver Stellantis customers a “best-in class” experience
Define, prioritize, and deliver products / services that create engagement and enjoyment for our customers
Drive short term deliverables while developing mid- and long-term product strategy based on voice of the consumer inputs, market research, competitive benchmarking and technical trends
Work with Stellantis global team(s) gathering business stakeholder (Brands, Vehicle Planners, R&D) approval and support
Work with the GPM to ideate products that reflect the overall business strategy to reach the Stellantis software revenue ambition
Track adherence of feature development to requirements, initiating change requests
Analyze technology suppliers’ and business partners’ roadmap to identify possible solutions for future products
