Member will assist with the delivery of a financial literacy program to increase financial competencies, awareness of values pertaining to finances, and intentions to make behavioral changes. The instructional aide will assist Federally Recognized Tribal Extension Program (FRTEP) agent to recruit financial education program participants in their area, prepare program materials, arrange for program delivery either in-person or online, deliver series of five 90-minute financial literacy lessons, collect evaluation data from program participants, and enter evaluation data as necessary. Instructional aide will receive training in the delivery of financial literacy curriculum and ongoing technical assistance will be available through the Take Charge America Institute for Consumer Financial Education and Research (TCAI) at the University of Arizona. Instructional Aides will have the option to serve their complete term out of the Hopi Tribe location or to serve primarily at the TCAI office in Tucson Arizona with required travel to the Hopi Tribe location. Travel to and from program locations will be reimbursed.
