Intel's Brand Strategy and Identity team is seeking a Brand Analysis Manager to lead a team of brand experts who will harness the power of brand analysis to help empower data-informed brand strategy and brand design decisions aligned to internal and customer objectives.

Responsibilities include:

- Help hire, train, develop, and manage a team of brand analysts
- Deliver insightful analysis to support upfront brand discovery and learnings (executive interviews, brand audits, ecosystem and competitive brand landscapes, industry brand trends)
- Deliver insightful analysis to support backend brand decision making (analyst interviews, customer testing, cultural and linguistic testing)
- Collaborate with the Product Brand Strategy and Brand Design teams to transform business questions into brand research hypotheses
- Collaborate with the Insights and Activation team to develop, design, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative brand research
- Translate brand research findings into actionable brand strategy opportunities
- Prepare and present findings in an impactful, easily digestible format
- Manage brand analysis request fulfillment, project timelines, and queue prioritization, liaising with senior leadership team as appropriate
- Coordinate with internal partners and external agency teams to deliver clear briefs, iterative improvements, and innovative results
- Develop relationships with business, product, sales, and marketing teams to educate and influence on brand
- Identify, develop, and lead the implementation of new and innovative brand analysis capabilities
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Clear understanding of product and corporate brand strategy and identity
- Acute understanding of Intel's business objectives and products
- Proven track record of developing and applying insights to further strategic brand goals
- Must be comfortable working with executive level stakeholders
- Proven skills to influence brand strategy and visual identity
- Demonstrated experience and success in working in multi-faceted, cross-functional teams
- Strong communication (verbal, written) and organizational skills
- Exceptional and quick building of clear and compelling PowerPoint decks
- Works equally well in teams and independently
- Manages a diverse range of simultaneous projects
- Culture of continuous improvement, testing, and deployment of new capabilities
- Experience directing agencies and vendors to deliver results
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, brand strategy, or brand analysis
- 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executive level stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience leading brand strategy and brand analysis projects for major tech brands

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $136,750.00-$232,630.00
- Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
