If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! 519 Painters, a leading painting business based in London, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Administrator/Scheduler to join our team in a part-time hybrid role, allowing you to work both remotely and in-office, providing flexibility and convenience.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule upcoming painting projects and coordinate with clients, painters, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain client relations by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage all administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining project documentation
  • Assist with creating invoices for clients
  • Run payroll for employees and subcontractors, ensuring accurate and timely payment
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment for projects
  • Track project progress and update relevant stakeholders on the status of ongoing projects
  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or scheduling role, preferably in the construction or painting industry
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant tools
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and running payroll (not required)
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
