Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment. Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring home health care, collecting pa tient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate must be a caring individual, able to work independently, with strong dedication to providing high quality care to patients
Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license valid to practice in the state of Nevada
Must have 3+ years of home health nursing experience
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language fluently
Must be able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition
Must have reliable transportation and unencumbered Drivers License
