SUMMARY:
The RN Admission Nurse will evaluate and assess the patient, identify patient and family problems and needs, and repo! rt to the Interdisciplinary Group for the development of the Hospice Plan of Care.

Qualifications:
1. Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nevada.
2. A minimum of one (1) year experience in a patient care setting or environment.
