The Hospice Aide/Inpatient CNA is a member of the Interdisciplinary team at the hospice inpatient facility who provides assistance in personal care services to the patie! nt per the Plan of Care and Assignment. The services provided by the Hospice Aide/Inpatient CNA are supervised by the hospice Registered Nurse. The Hospice Aide/Inpatient CNA provides services as assigned in the hospice inpatient facility.

Qualifications:
1. Currently certified in the state of Nevada as a “Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)â€.
2. One year experience as a CNA preferred.
3. Must satisfactorily complete the CNA Competency Evaluation written test and direct Skills Evaluation at the time of orientation and then annually.
