Interprets and implements physician’s orders: performs treatment and testing accordin! g to accepted standards and department policies; evaluated and documents effectiveness of treatment.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Completion of a specialty course/or equivalent; cardiac care preferred.
Experience:
2 years cardiology experience
License/Certifications:
Current RN license in the State of Nevada
Current BCLS Certification
Current ACLS Certification
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of coronary anatomy and functions of physiological monitoring during all procedures in the Stress Lab.
Must have knowledge of all supplies, equipment, and drugs used in a Cardiology office.
Must have k! nowledge of pacemakers.
