We are searching for a Regional Vice President of
Operations who will oversee a region of elder care / senior housing buildings in the
West. The successful candidate will ! focus on census/occupancy development, labor controls,
forming strategic relationships, ensuring industry-best quality of care, and implementing business
development initiatives for a Long Term Care / Assisted Living company.

Our client will pay absolute top dollar for a proven performer in outcomes, both clinical
and financial. We will consider candidates with a verifiable track record of success in elder
care / senior housing. Overnight travel will be required.
The chosen RVP candidate will be rewarded with a market leading compensation package
including an impressive salary and an extensive menu of health and retirement benefits. Salary
range is roughly 120,000 to 150,000.
Requirements:
Prior health care operations experience within ALF/SNF required.
