Description: UNITE HERE HEALTH is currently seeking to employ Hospital Care Manager-Las Vegas right now, this career will be placed in Nevada. Further informations about this career opportunity kindly read the description below. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for providing the best possible care to all participants at our facilities. This will! include working with participants in an outpatient, acute hospital and lower level of care settings to help guide them through the continuum of care. This position will assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate care options and services to meet our participant’s health care needs. The Hospital Care Manager w ill also p erform Utilization Review (UR) and Utilization Man agement (UM).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor ’ s degree required from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent job related experience
• Active nursing license in the state of Nevada
• 3 years clinical experience (UR/Case Management and Managed Care experience preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills ; Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Minimum level of intermediate computer skills in a Microsoft Office environment
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environmen! t ; strong analytical skills
• Perform the essential fu! nctions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation
