Educational Requirements: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in good standing in the state(s) in which he/she will practice. Position Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Excellent written and verbal communication; excellent organizational skills.
o Demonstrated ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team.
o Ability to form relationships and maintain rapport with patients, families, ! and referral sources.
