Job Description
Director Of Behavioral Health needed in beautiful n! orthern Nevada setting. Nurse preferred but highly experienced non-nurse will be considered. This is a behavioral health unit within an acute care hospital with an extremely large catchment area. Fast growth and stable future will make this your best career move. Responsibilities will include administration, marketing, outreach to community, initiating policies and procedures and hands on control of this 16-bed hospital within a hospital.
The hospital which supports this unit is exceptionally strong financially. The facility is seeking an experienced Director with good for-profit experience
EXCELLENT COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES A SALARY RANGE OF 80K -100K (DOE) PLUS BONUS, FULL BENEFITS, RELOCATION AND LIVING ASSISTANCE.
REQUIREMENTS FOR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
.A nurse with a BSN or MSN is preferred but an Masters level non-nurse with impressive experience will be considered.
The candidate should have at least five years Director l! evel experience in a Behavior Health setting
The candidate! will have experience with both in and out adult patient units.
