Qualifications
- High school/GED required
- Must have customer service experience
- Must have empathy and the ability to control conversation/call
- Receive inbound calls; calls may involve automotive knowledge, location information; proficient computer skills required
Responsibilities
- Will take both sales and dispatch calls
- Will be trained on the Gladly, our operating system
Benefits
- Compensation based on experience
- Starting Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour plus bonus options
