Amo Realty is a tight boutique-style real estate firm servicing all of Connecticut.
We are a very small tight national boutique brokerage with small offices throughout the country. Amo Realty's first office, Boston City Properties, was originally founded in Boston in 2007. We're currently hiring a very small group of agents to join our Connecticut office.
We provide buyer, seller, renter, landlord & Zillow sale leads to our agents. We help keep everyone fully booked along the front lines of the busy CT real estate market.
We typically give our agents:
- Around 5-7+ Buyer leads per week. There is an option to take leads outside of Hartford County for a higher volume (about 10-15+ buyer leads per week)
- Around 15+ Renter leads per month (Optional)
- Around 3-5+ CT commercial real estate leads per month
- Around 1-2+ CT seller leads per month
We're looking for agents with at least some sales experience.
- A Connecticut Real Estate License is Required
- At lease some real estate sales experience is required

- We provide clients to agents at a 50/50 split. Agent's own leads start off at a 75% for the first 3 years. Agents move to a 100% split with a yearly cap of just $5k at the 3 year mark. There are no desk fees, no transaction fees. Are you okay with this split system?
- We supply clients to our agents and need everyone to have at least some recent sales experience as a real estate agent. How many properties have you sold in 2023?
