The Presentation Designer is responsible for creating templates, backgrounds, and presentations incorporating information graphics, charts, metaphorical graphics, and diagrams for a global investment banking client. This role primarily uses PowerPoint and secondly Adobe Creative Suite software. Presentations will range from RfPs to Company’s pitches and any internal materials.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and client memoranda
- Import and revise graphics files as necessary
- Create and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations, and other print/design projects
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics
- Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects
- Maintain all job and production tracking data via a propriety RRD Tracking tool
- Coordinate workflow within the team, including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associates
- Monitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines
- Assess incoming requests selecting the best resources for successful completion
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
- Train new employees on policies and procedures
- Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.
- Assist with monthly metrics and reporting
- May work with motion graphics and multimedia work

Required Experience
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in area of business, or equivalent experience required
- At least 4 years of professional presentation or graphic design experience
- High proficiency knowledge of PowerPoint
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Knowledge of After Effects is a huge plus
- Experience with charting in excel
- Video editing and/or sound editing skills are a plus
- Knowledge of print design a plus
- Financial industry experience is a plus

The national pay range for this role is $51900 to $91500 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
