THE ROLE
As a Talent Outreach Specialist, you will be an integral part of the success of our staff recruitment process. The Talent Outreach Specialist will provide a continual pipeline of quality leads to be screened by our Talent Coordinators. You will build relationships on college campuses, be active in the local community and attend hiring events. This role works within the University Partnerships Department directly reporting to the Director of University Partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain sound partnerships with colleges and universities that support Elevo in placing college students in jobs or internships.
- Identify and network with potential candidates using various sourcing techniques and in-person recruitment activities.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Attend in-person recruitment events, fairs, and networking events approximately 70% of the time.
- Coordinate with the Director of University Partnerships and cross-departmental managers to determine position requirements and program needs.
- Champion the referral program for current coaches and external networks.
- Communicate and coordinate with coach ambassadors to help recruit and lead events.
- Maintain candidate databases through the CRM (Hubspot).
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
- 3+ years of in-person sales or recruitment experience
- 1+ year of event management experience
- Lead in-person recruitment activities at universities and communities within your region at least 3-4 times per week
- Experience in customer service with the ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management
- Comfortable with cold outreach both in-person and virtually

The target annual base pay range for this position is $60,000-$70,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
