Primary Responsibilities:
- May require the development of Standard Operating Procedures, conducting informal and formal training sessions and supporting Lead on key technical projects

- Define, design, build, testing, and rollout of the IAM solutions in collaboration with internal and external resources
- Partner closely with LOB’s, IAM peers, and Information Security to reduce risk while minimizing friction
- Implements department policies and procedures
- Usually works with minimal instruction or guidance
- Recommend processes and methods for auditing and addressing non-compliance to information security standards
- Periodically test and evaluate Information Security controls and techniques to assure compliance with policies
- Coordinates with product vendor for complex issue resolutions
- Involved in discussions on new initiatives, development projects for architecture, technology proof of concepts and product vendor discussions where required
- Develop and drive the creation of standardized users’ profile (RBAC – Role Based Access Controls)
- Participate in audit support activities, as they pertain to Information Security, for both internal and external audits
- Identify, define and implement continuous process enhancements/improvements utilizing various tools and methodologies
- Partners with clients on creating RBACs and building out process flows for New Users, Job Changes, Terminations, Entitlement reviews and other joint functions required by contractual agreements
- Create metrics reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of customer service experience with external and internal customers
- 1+ year of experience with data analysis processes and tools
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules, open availability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical experience of some identity and access management solutions, like Dell One Identity Manager, Sailpoint, RSA Aveksa, Oracle Identity Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager, NetIQ, or similar solutions
- Comfortable with Microsoft products
Soft Skills:
- Team oriented
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time
- Comfortable with client facing
- Ability to adapt to change and contribute as a key resource on a small team to meet the team’s goals
- Proven ability to take responsibility and ownership for issues and drive the resolution
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Reside in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
