About the Opportunity Harmon Hospital is looking for an RN Supervisor for our 118 bed facility acute care hospital. Harmon Hospital is located at 2170 East Harmon Ave Las Vegas Nevada 89119.
Responsibi! lities: (summary) Assists in ensuring quality nursing care to all patients/residents. Supports and practices the philosophy, nursing objectives and standards of the Department of Nursing. Ensures that the nursing department is adequately staffed to provide quality care to patients/residents. Acts as DON in the absence of DON.
Qualifications Ideal candidate must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to patients in the care of Harmon Medical and Rehabilitation Center.Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Nevada. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required. Must be able to relate information concerning a patient's condition.
