Emergency room nurses provide the initial assessments and care for patients that visit the hospital or emergency department. As an ER Registered Nurse, you will work alongside other qualified health care professionals as a member of the Emergency Response Team, providing quality care to patients in a fast paced environment. Educating patients and the public about different medical conditions are also common responsibilities for emergency nursing jobs.
