The Customer Care Representative should be passionate, customer service-orientated and able to provide outstanding service to all of our Pet Parents in the capacity of placing orders, responding to inquiries about shipments, products and service via phone, email and web chat. ** Must reside in the state of Florida or South Carolina **
** Must be able to start Monday, July 31 2023 **
Required Virtual Meet and Greet Session on Wednesday July 26th
Shifts Available:
Shift 1: Saturday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, M/T/W 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Fri 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Shift 2: Sunday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, M/T/Thur 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Fri 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Training Information:
- Virtual training via Zoom with the Corporate Trainer and new hire class
- Training period is 3 weeks Mon-Fri 12pm - 8pm
- Company will provide a laptop and headset
- Must have stable internet WIFI service

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Treat Pet Parents with the utmost respect and patience
- Calm and courteous with customers and employees alike
- Assist customers with placing orders
- Respond to inquiries about shipments and products
- Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email and web chat.
- Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Genuinely friendly, courteous and helpful
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Superior voice and diction skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents properly
- Patient and respectful team player who is willing to do what it takes to support the group
- Must have a love for pets and a desire to learn everything about them
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service setting
- Call center experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal communication
- Proficient in the use of PC’s
- Ability to work rotating holidays as needed

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
