This candidate should ! be a proven, results-driven sales
professional. Must be able to create, cultivate and
close sales leads within their assigned territory (ND,
SD, MN, NE, IA, KS, MO). Must be proficient in pipeline
management and work well on a metrics-driven,
process-oriented sales team. Must develop solid
relationships and represent well the reputation and
brand of CAE Healthcare.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet and strive to exceed sale quota through direct
and indirect sale of all CAE Healthcare products.
Provide accurate pipeline management and reporting
and execute tactical sales plans.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with key
stakeholders.
  • Call on prospective customers and provide technical
product information and demonstrations.
  • Organize regional sales events as required
  • Grow and manage assigned territory efficiently and
  • effectively.
    • Become proficient in healthcare ! simulation industry
    in the pursuit of individual and corporate goals.

    Job Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:
    • Must live in territory (ND, SD, MN, NE, IA, KS, MO)
    • Minimum 2+ years of medical device or medical
    education field sales experience.
    • Documented record of recent sales achievement.
    • Progression of increasing responsibility highly
    desired.
    • Clinical or Medical education experience a plus but
    not mandatory.
    • Four-?year degree highly preferred.
    • Must be able to travel 70%.
    • Must be an organized and detail oriented individual
    with the proven ability to manage vast and varied
    accounts.
    • Excellent oral and written communication,
    presentation and interpersonal skills. Computer
    literacy is essential. Must be proficient in Word,
    Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with a major CRM
    system pref! erred.
    • Must be able to safety lift 50 pounds (confirm).
    GENERAL:
    • Complies with and enforces all applicable safety
    rules, regulations and procedures both at CAE
    Healthcare and wherever representing CAE Healthcare
    (i.e., program site, trade show, etc.). Perform all
    duties in compliance with legal and ethical
    standards.
    • Maintain security of all proprietary information.
    • Perform other duties as assigned or as necessity
    dictates.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    Ability to lift or push weight of 50 pounds
